How To Do Jeff Hardys Enterance Dance

1. Start walking forward very slowly while holding your hands above your head but slightly to the side and clap whilst walking.(Optional).

2. Whilst standing still move your head back and forth thoroughly.

3. A couple of seconds after stapt flicking your right hand in the direction and ryhthem of your head.

4. Then forget about evrything and get funky

5. Focus on moving your hips in and out whilst holding your hip with one hand and on the on the other hand keep your thumb middle finger and pointing finger outstreched and flick the hand with the fingers streched to the rythm of your hips.

6. Give a slight bow whilst flicking your head back and forth thoroughly then flick your head back so your back at a vertical base and open your mouth and shout whilst dipping your hands down then up in the outstreched finger position.(Optional)
